The Aftermath

What a busy month. The Flaming Dishtowel of Death was just the beginning.

Margot was sick about two weeks ago. It got pretty bad, mostly because she had a fairly robust fever for about three and a half days. Not a happy time. By the time she was done with that, she was in the habit of waking up in the middle of the night. We're still working on that, but I'm sure she'll be back to 7-7 in no time.

But after a hard week, Margot got to spend the weekend at Grandma's house. She had a lot of fun. She picked out a pumpkin and went on a leaf walk and played and played. The rest of the family went to the beach. We had fun, too, but it was more of the sit still and be quiet kind of fun.

Just one more obstacle this month: Daylight Savings Time. Yes, we'll see how well she sleeps tonight. We're hoping that keeping her up an extra hour will do the trick, but maybe not. It might be a very early Sunday morning.

That all for now. Stay tuned for cute Halloween pictures.
