I couldn't find the camera on Monday, so rather than documenting the food in photo, I thought I would share what we chowed this week via the written word:
Monday: Ginger Almond Chicken over Rice w/a green salad.
Tuesday: Curry Chicken Salad Wraps
Wednesday: New Orleans dirty rice w/German Sausages and Sweet/Sour Red Cabbage.
Thursday: Broiled Parmesan Tilapia w/Lemon broccoli and mashed potatoes.
Friday: Lazy bones Papa Murphy's pizza. (hey, I needed a break!)
The Ginger Almond Chicken was great, and I would make it again. The Curry was weird - dry and too much onion, and we didn't really like it. The dirty rice and Cabbage is a standby favorite, and I promise even if you don't like cabbage, you should try the recipe. It is so GOOD!
